We ship orders across India and to selected international destinations. All shipments are handled by reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time & Charges
- Domestic orders typically take 3–7 business days for delivery depending on location.
- Delivery charges may vary based on order value, weight, and destination. Free shipping may apply to eligible orders.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website under the Track Order section.
5. International Shipping
- International delivery times vary by country and customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
6. Returns & Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
7. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of returned items.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
9. Exceptions
- Products on clearance or final sale are not eligible for return/refund.
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be covered.
