- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Products must pass our quality inspection before a refund is approved.

- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your returned item.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days:
